Business contact data we use

To connect builders with trades, we use business contact details that are publicly available, such as company names, contact persons and phone numbers from building permit records and public business listings, as well as information you give us in calls, texts or emails. We use this data only to contact you about projects and introductions, and to arrange meetings between businesses (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or steps at your request).

With your permission, calls may be recorded and transcribed to keep accurate notes. We always ask at the start of a call.

Text messages

If we text you, you can reply STOP at any time and we will not text you again. We do not sell or share phone numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Who receives your data

When we make an introduction, we share the relevant business contact details and project information with the other business involved. We use service providers for phone, email and hosting, which may process data in the United States. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and project records as long as needed for the business relationship, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and data portability, and you can object to processing at any time. Just email franz@sublinetrades.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in Saxony the Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte.
